Work with me
How do we stay humane in the choices we make? I work with organisations, teams and professionals who want to look at where technology, policy or systems chafe against human experience. Through talks, explorations and concept development, I make visible what stays out of view and what questions that raises for how we act.
“The question is not whether AI will take over. The question is how we relate to each other.”

Talks
A talk brings social questions close to home. Through stories and different perspectives, I make visible how technology, power and systems play out in our lives. I invite the audience to consider our own role and what other choices ask of us.
On humans and AI
Smarter together, more human together
The question is not whether AI will take over. The question is how we relate to each other. AI is made of human language and knowledge, and in turn changes how we think, work and decide. We are part of the same ecosystem.
In this talk, I take you beneath the surface of our relationship with technology.
For conferences, education, culture and organisations that want to engage with AI consciously.
On government and citizens
Looking outward and inward
At its core, government promises to do justice to people. Somewhere along the way, we forgot. Not through bad intentions, but through a system that grew: rules piling up, fear of mistakes, steering on what can be counted.
In this talk, I show how we can take the original intention as our direction again. The Human Compass, with AI as a mirror, helps us see where things chafe, so we can keep reflecting, adjusting and correcting course.
For civil servants, administrators, municipalities and organisations in the public sector.

Human Compass explorations
How do people stay visible in policy and implementation? Together with an organisation, I look at where intention and practice drift apart and which experiences stay out of view. We bring signals together, recognise patterns and make clashing interests and design questions visible. The exploration yields lessons and options for adjustment, with attention to who can carry the next steps and what that requires.

Concept development
When there is friction between an organisation and the people it serves, a useful concept starts with understanding what is going on. I bring perspectives, experiences and social questions together and translate them into a form that fits the situation. A story, a conversation format or another concept that makes visible what needs attention and opens room for reflection and action.
Would you like to explore what these questions mean for your organisation? I would love to hear what is going on for you.
